The PassStore application

PassStore is a native macOS application that runs on your computer. The complete source code is public under the MIT License in the PassStore GitHub repository. Your secrets, vault data, and Keychain items remain on your device under your control. We do not operate a cloud backend for your vault and do not receive your passwords or API keys from the app through PassStore's normal operation.

This website

This site is a marketing and download page. It does not require an account. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-GBBM50DM06) to measure aggregated traffic, page views, and events such as download and outbound support link clicks. Analytics runs only after consent; declining keeps measurement scripts off this site. Google may process technical data (for example IP address in truncated form, device/browser metadata, and coarse location) according to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not use this site to run advertising pixels.

A first-party preference is stored in your browser (local storage) to remember your analytics choice. You can change it anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.

Downloads

When you download PassStore, your browser requests the file from our file host. That host may log standard technical data (such as IP address and timestamp) as part of normal HTTP access — the same as any file you download from the web. If analytics is enabled, we also record that a download was initiated from this site as a statistical event (not the contents of your vault).
